Returns Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our business, the majority of garments are personalised specifically for you, our customer. It is essential that you take care to make sure the size of garment you are ordering is correct. We have clear size guides to help in this process. We do not accept Returns simply because the wrong size has been chosen.

If the garment or personalisation is faulty, then please contact us and follow our Returns procedure.

To return a The Signature Works Ltd product: You must contact us before making a return. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. 

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Contact support@thesignatureworks.co.uk 
  2. We will reply and if appropriate agree the Return.
  3. Write your Order Number and Name clearly on the package
